The Drugs Box® systems include 12 month return-to-base warranty on faults of hardware or software systems. This can be extended at time of purchase to provide 2 or 3 year cover.

The Drugs Box® is kept up-to-date automatically via the in-built data-card system or by manual download if you choose. This ensures that the drugs and substance misuse info is the latest and best. All data updates are FREE - included in the Warranty Options so you can be sure of getting the most from The Drugs Box®

The Drugs Box® has been developed in fruitful association with Hull and East Riding Drugs Action Teams, Humberside Police, Arrest Referral Forum and the East Riding Millennium Volunteers. We have since worked with the Home Office, Department of Health, Central Office of Information and Victim Support to develop nationally-recognised applications which enable public sector orgainsations to benefit from the latest technologies. We continue this tradition by working closely with existing and future, customers, young people and drugs workers, to make sure we provide the best possible products for drugs awareness and treatment support.
