This is due to a database server malfunction and we are having to rebuild the database manually.
Due to this some of your data my not be avaliable and we apologise for any inconvenience
we will have it working as soon as possible

Please note that your data is still being collected and is stored on a seperate secure server,
so when the problem is solved all data will be upto date.
